Distance Reiki healing allows you to receive Reiki remotely, from wherever you feel most comfortable. I offer gentle, intuitive online Reiki sessions designed to give you space to pause, relax and reconnect with yourself.

You don’t need any previous experience with Reiki, and you don’t need to know exactly what you need before your session. Simply create a quiet, comfortable space and allow yourself to receive.

What Is Distance Reiki?

Distance Reiki is Reiki that is offered remotely rather than in the same physical location as the practitioner. For my clients, this means you can receive a Reiki session from your own home, without needing to travel. The session is still a personal, one-to-one experience. We’ll connect before your session, and I’ll guide you through what you need to know so that you can settle into a comfortable space.

What Happens During an Online Reiki Session?

Before your session, we’ll have an opportunity to connect and talk about how you’re feeling and what you’d like support with. During your distance Reiki session, you can simply settle somewhere comfortable and allow yourself to relax. You don’t need to actively do anything. Afterwards, I will send you feedback via voice note or written notes regarding your session.
