Sometimes an hour isn't quite enough. The Deep Reset is a longer, more immersive Reiki healing session for when you're ready to create more space around whatever you're experiencing. Perhaps something feels heavy. Perhaps you feel stuck. Perhaps you've been carrying something for longer than you'd like. Or perhaps you simply feel called to give yourself more time to slow down and receive. The session begins with time to connect via video chat or phone call, and explore how you're feeling and what you'd like support with. Once we come off the call, your distance Reiki session is intuitively guided according to what feels appropriate for you. When your session is completed, I'll send either a voice note or written notes depending on your preference with feedback. Because we have more time, there is space for the session to unfold naturally rather than feeling rushed. You can settle into a comfortable space and allow yourself to receive without needing to work anything out. The Deep Reset may be particularly suited to you if you're moving through a significant period of change, feeling emotionally or energetically drained, experiencing a sense of being stuck, or simply craving a longer period of rest and reconnection. This is a deeper, slower experience. A chance to give yourself permission to stop for a while. If you're looking for a gentle introduction, The Reiki Reset may be the better place to start. If you're craving more time and space, The Deep Reset gives you 90 minutes to settle, receive and allow the experience to unfold.
