Sometimes you just need a moment to stop. The Reiki Reset is a gentle one-to-one online Reiki session designed to give you space to pause, relax and reconnect with yourself. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, mentally busy, disconnected or simply in need of some time for yourself, this session offers a quiet space to put everything else down for a while. You don't need to arrive with a specific intention or know exactly what you need. Your session is intuitively guided by what feels appropriate for you on the day. Before we begin, we'll take a little time to connect via video chat or phone call and talk about how you're feeling and anything you'd like to bring into the session. Once we've completed the call, you'll then be able to settle somewhere comfortable while you receive Reiki. I'll send you a voice note or written notes after the session with feedback. There's nothing you need to achieve. Nothing you need to get right. You can simply relax and receive. Everyone experiences Reiki differently, and there is no particular way you're supposed to feel afterwards. The important thing is that you've created some dedicated space for yourself. This is the session I'd recommend if you're new to working with me or you're looking for a gentle place to begin.
