Service Description

Energy Shares are gentle, supportive gatherings where energy healing practitioners come together to give and receive healing in a calm, welcoming space. All levels are welcome, from beginners to experienced practitioners, creating a space where energy flows freely and everyone is supported. Each session offers a blend of connection, practice, and deep rest. You’ll have the opportunity to both give and receive Reiki, sometimes experiencing group healing where multiple practitioners share energy with one person. Sessions may also include meditation, grounding practices, and time to connect with others in a relaxed setting. Energy Shares offer a space to relax, rebalance, and reconnect. Many people find they feel more grounded, experience a stronger flow of energy, build confidence in their practice, and enjoy learning through shared experience in a supportive community. There is no pressure or expectation, just a safe and respectful environment to explore, grow, and restore. Come as you are, give what you can, and receive what you need.
